Rooted is a local Boise nonprofit that helps people across the Treasure Valley get through a sudden emergency. We don't hand out cash. We pay approved costs like rent, utilities, groceries, and medical bills directly to the landlord, utility, or provider.

How money is used
Paid straight to the bill: the landlord, utility, grocery store, or provider. Up to $2,500 per household a year.

Fill out a short online request, email, or call us. We usually respond within 3 business days.
